GreenHitz.com
A true artist gains respect through integrity of their work and the ability to captivate the hearts and minds of those around them. DOESHUN is no exception. Born in raised in Atlanta, GA, from the notorious Zone 3, there is no question that DOESHUN is the voice of Zone 3. He was once an original member of the Cartier Boyz along with Atlanta rapper Young Dro. During that period DOESHUN’s style and technique developed so rapidly that DOESHUN was confident enough to start Click Treal Records in 1999 and is the CEO as well as the featured artist. DOESHUN’s previous mix-tapes include “My Own Man”, which was his first official mix-tape hosted by DJ Tekniks in 2008 with more than 30,000 copies distributed. In June of 2009 “Money Muscle” hosted by DJ Westside were released successfully distributing 25,000 copies. DOESHUN’s most recent mix-tape “Jackboy”, hosted by DJ Dre featured artist such as Waka Flocka , Yung Dro, Yung Joc, Yung L.A., T.O. Green, Mr. 1000, and Rickiunno. Over the summers of 2011-2012 the streets were bombarded with over 100,000 units of DOESHUN’s music, thus making believers out of his critics as well as some big names in the music industry. After years of chasing his dream, pursuing positioning within the music industry among the elite, DOESHUN succeeded in landing his hit single “Pop Off” and video which is featured in Kevin Hart’s major motion film and soundtrack “Let Me Explain” on DVD in stores worldwide. DOESHUN is the epitome of a real artist and what an artist should be. With his ‘no nonsense’, work ethic and extensive quality filled catalogue of songs is a testament to him making an imprint within the industry. This is only the beginning for this “Zone 3 Ambassador”. To hear more music from DOESHUN download all his latest mix-tapes on livemixtapes.com.
