Destined for stardom since 7 years old, Indiana native Jae Ellis is creating a legacy within the music industry while branding his hometown Indiana as source of musical ingenious. Listening to a collection of records in a room for hours and rapping late night instead of going to sleep, Ellis developed his musical soul, craft, and eventually became hooked on Hip Hop. Attributing his diverse rap style to an array of music genres, LL Cool J, Big Daddy Kane, his Midwest roots, and an east coast environment, Ellis is considered to be an artist that can speak on the hood, fashion, and world affairs coining him as ‘one package’; a rapper whose high lyrical ability is ‘out-of-the-box’.

Jae Ellis' evolution as a rapper came quickly at the age of 15yrs old, when his single “Get Bent” became the #1 record at radio in South Bend, IN. The success of the record propelled him into doing shows thus moving to Atlanta where he worked with ‘So So Def’, ‘DTP’, and ‘Dungeon Family’. 2005, he went on to working with a record company in France, performing at showcases in Paris, and touring Europe. Ellis returned to the USA to tour with Rocafella recording artist ‘Freeway’, record a single for Freeway's “Live Free, Die Hard” mixtape, and simultaneously recorded a song on “Lethal Dose Volume 1” mixtape, released on Universal Records. Jae Ellis has been featured in Billboard Magazine, recorded over 1000 songs, and released numerous underground songs with DJ Drama, Cannon, etc....

Currently signed to NFL Defensive End Raheem Brock’s imprint label Beastmodez Entertainment (BME), Jae Ellis is currently working on a mixtape comprised of songs that relate to not just the streets but his journey up till now. In the interim, Ellis continues to work with some of the best producers in Hip-Hop in addition to creating his first single to be released on BME, 2011. Raheem Brock states, “Jae’s a BEAST, his work ethic is similar to mine on the field; his rap style can only be compared to Notorious BIG as he has captured the true art of storytelling”.

Jae Ellis' definitely knows the game he is in, with GOD as his strength and a team of people that really believe in his music and talent, he is prepared to make his mark, go to the top and beyond, do what the GREATS of the game did before him and contribute to the up and coming musicians. "Hip -Hop; the times and topics change the older you get but what it is never changes...You got to love it....I'm getting a little money and plan on getting tons more but that's not what makes me tick, money helps me live but music is what feeds me mentally and spiritually....." (Jae Ellis)
