These terms govern your use of GreenHitz. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information, and don’t share access or impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Music available in the pool is provided for DJ use — performance, evaluation, and feedback. You may not resell, redistribute, or upload pool downloads to other services, and download limits or eligibility may apply to your plan.
If you upload music, artwork, or other content, you confirm that you own or control all necessary rights and have permission to distribute it on GreenHitz. You retain ownership of your content and grant GreenHitz a license to host, display, and make it available to DJs through the service. Content uploaded without the proper rights will be removed, and repeat infringement may result in termination.
Paid plans for artists and labels are billed through our payment providers on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the community or to rights holders.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet every requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenHitz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
