Nah that hook is not it bruh. Nowadays 16s can be whatever, but the hook is the moneymaker and that isn't it... If there is a dance that goes with this song it gotta be difficult to do it with the stop/start hook. Plus the hook cadence sounds similar to "Marco Polo"
