Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. (born September 27, 1982), known by his stage name Lil Wayne, is an American hip hop recording artist from New Orleans, Louisiana. In 1991, at the age of nine, Lil Wayne joined Cash Money Records as the youngest member of the label, and half of the duo The B.G.'z, alongside fellow New Orleans-based rapper Lil' Doogie. In 1996, Lil Wayne formed the Southern hip hop group Hot Boys, with his Cash Money label-mates Juvenile, Young Turk and Lil' Doogie (who now goes by B.G.). Hot Boys debuted with Get It How U Live! that same year. Lil Wayne gained most of his success with the group's major selling album Guerrilla Warfare (1999). Along with being the flagship artist of Cash Money Records, Lil Wayne is also the chief executive officer (CEO) of his own imprint, Young Money Entertainment, which he founded in 2005.

Lil Wayne's solo debut album Tha Block Is Hot (1999), was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). His following albums, Lights Out (2000) and 500 Degreez (2002), were certified gold. He reached higher popularity with his fourth album Tha Carter (2004), which was led by the single "Go D.J." and his appearance on Destiny's Child's top ten single "Soldier", that same year. The album was followed by Tha Carter II (2005) and several mixtapes and collaborations throughout 2006 and 2007. Wayne's sixth album Tha Carter III (2008), became his most successful album to date, with first-week sales of over one million copies in the United States. The album includes the number-one single "Lollipop", as well as "A Milli" and "Got Money", and won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album.

Following the success of Tha Carter III, Wayne decided to record a rock-esque album titled Rebirth, in which he is featured playing guitar and singing with the help of Auto-Tune. The album, released in 2010, was certified gold by the RIAA, despite a generally negative critical response. In March 2010, Lil Wayne began serving an 8-month jail sentence in New York after being convicted of criminal possession of a weapon stemming from an incident in July 2007. Wayne's eighth album I Am Not a Human Being (2010), was released during his incarceration. His 2011 album and first following his release, Tha Carter IV, sold 964,000 copies in its first week of availability in the United States. It includes the singles "6 Foot 7 Foot", "How to Love" and "She Will" On September 27, 2012, Lil Wayne passed Elvis Presley as the male with the most entries on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, with 109 songs

When it comes to the love and passion of making music, Rico Real has been through the roughest weather, but still manages to stand tall. The Atlanta-based artist and producer was born in Macon, GA where his interest in music came from family influences and hip-hop and R&B legends. Raised by a single hustling mother, he had a strong desire to piece together a master plan to become the bread-winner and take care of her while providing opportunities for others. His ability to write and make music stemmed from writing poetry at an early age. Along his journey, He started Realest Records and released his self-produced underground album Don’t Be Scared and sold thousands in the streets from being motivated by people like Master P, Ludacris, etc. Eventually turning to mostly producing, He later produced a compilation album called Dareala4treala – Servin Da Streetz and thousands of copies were also moved. The compilation included several artists from the Middle Georgia area in which one of the artist by the name of Dp Da Don signed a record deal from the hit singles Southern Delight which was remixed featuring Khujo Goodie from Goodie Mob and GA Swag featuring Pastor Troy. Rico Real also produced a song for Dp Da Don called In My Zone featuring Shawty Lo, which was never released because of the death of Dp Da Don. This tragedy, along with other artists passing and going to prison was even more fuel to his drive and passion. He continued to produce and help underground artists pursue their dreams until one day he realized he had been attempting to help others so much that he had put his own dreams and goals on the backburner, this lead to him grabbing the mic again on a mission. He started back recording under a new name Re-ak and dropped the mixtape Time To Re-ak in 2012. Moving forward, He was also fortunate enough to produce and record with Atlanta artist K.Camp and states that the experience was real motivating. Taking it to the next level, he decided to change his name back to Rico Real and get back to his roots where it all started under his new label Born Bred Entertainment. The name Rico Real was given to him by his homeboys who always said he and his music were blunt and real as can be, but he now says that the real part in his name is all about doing what has to be done to feed the fam and survive and it gets no realer than that. He describes his style as a pot of gumbo because there’s something in it for everyone to like and you never know what you might get from his versatility.

OneRepublic is an American pop rock band from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Formed in 2003 by Ryan Tedder and Zach Filkins, the band achieved commercial success on MySpace as an unsigned act. In 2003, the band was discovered by actress Kelly Barrett in Hollywood who connected them directly with her cousins Jimmy Ienner and Donnie Ienner, who was the President of Sony at that time, by making one phone call to get the AR Reps to their show. They then signed to Sony BMG for three years, before moving to Mosley Music Group.

In 2007, OneRepublic released their debut album, Dreaming Out Loud. Its lead single, "Apologize" was notably remixed by Timbaland, becoming a huge international success, reaching number one in sixteen countries, subsequently earning them a Grammy Award nomination. The second single, "Stop and Stare" mirrored its predecessor's success. The album was later certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The band's second album, Waking Up (2009), produced the successful singles, "All the Right Moves", "Secrets", "Marchin On", and "Good Life", the latter reaching the top ten of the US Billboard Hot 100.

OneRepublic's third album, Native (2013), became the band's first top ten album on the Billboard 200, and highest charting album to date, charting at number four. The lead single, "If I Lose Myself" charted within the top ten in several countries, while the album's third single, "Counting Stars", became the band's most successful single in recent years, obtaining top five placements in Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, the U.S. and the UK. This marks their highest charting single in the United Kingdom to date. It has also peaked at number 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100, matching their highest peak of "Apologize" in 2007.

Ke’shay Love is an Oakland girl who just plain ol’ loves to sing. Bigger than her love for singing is her love of performing and a full blown entertainer she is. Her foundation, like many of the greats, is rooted in the church; stirring up the spirit with her booming voice.

During adolescence Keshay broke off into dance, putting her sincere passion on pause. Fortunately, when you’re absolutely born to do something, you can never stay on pause for too long.

On her own as a woman, Ke’shay Love began hanging around vocalist who really encouraged her to share her gifts. She started doing background vocals for local bands around the city and people would often ask “Why aren’t you doing your own stuff?” She attributes her stint in background singing to a lack of confidence in her talent. With persistence and the support of her circle however, Ke’shay Love got in the studio and recorded; eventually leaving the background game for good and breaking out as a star. In 2008 she released an Ep entitled Finally, which included the single of the same name and tracks like “Living My Life” and “I’m Not Feeling You”.

The Ke’shay Love sound is a combination of the soul of R&B with the energy of Pop. For her its less about the song and more about the show and just one taste of her showmanship affirms her title as an entertainer. She’s also a self proclaimed promoter, who promotes the hell out of herself. She credits her networking with the success of her career, which has allowed her opportunities to do things like open up for John B and Dwele.

Her new album My Story is set to be released at the end of the year. It’s entitled My Story because it’s literally a culmination of her life experiences, but don’t expect to hear any sad male bashing songs. The majority of her songs are about how to love on a man rather than reject him. She’s currently working her new single “Breathless” which can be found on I Tunes and Google Play. Her music is all about the empowerment of women and teaching them to find the lesson in every love, in every experience.
