I just finished reading Chapter 2 of Debbie Bernhardt's book, and I have to say, it's been quite an eye-opener! The chapter delves into the concept of routine and how we can redefine it to bring more purpose and fulfillment into our lives.

One of the key takeaways for me was the idea that routine doesn't have to be mundane or restrictive. Instead, Bernhardt suggests approaching it with a fresh perspective, viewing it as a tool for personal growth and self-discovery. By intentionally designing our routines to align with our values and goals, we can transform them into powerful catalysts for positive change.
