GreenHitz.com
Coming from Richmond, VA Habeeb was influenced by an eclectic musical background mostly involving RnB and Soul music. Habeeb began freestlying in front of cassette tapes at an early age which began his infatuation with Hip-Hop. He was heavily influenced by some of the greats including Nas, Biggie, Tupac, Mos Def, and Kanye West. Although he began his musical journey rapping, he incorporated soul, gospel and even opera singing into his repertoire of skills. Habeeb's rapping career was delayed when he began attending Syracuse University, however since 2013 he has been creating a buzz through social media hoping to establish a name for himself worldwide. He is credited early in his career for creating the genre he calls, "Hipster-Hop". He has created and been a part of many rap cyphers on the Syracuse University campus attempting to bring back the true essence of emceeing.
