Hi there! My name is Fred Kressaty, and I'm an accomplished coach with a focus on empowering people, couples, families, and professionals to create great changes in their lives. My mission is to teach people how to successfully navigate life's obstacles while adhering to their moral principles, therefore enabling them to become "unstuck" from overpowering negative ideas. I think everyone is entitled to a more conscious, meaningful, joyous, and satisfying life. I have an MBA from Pepperdine University, a BA in Sociology from St. Francis College, and a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University.
