djing goes much further than just beat matching and mixing, cause what good is a dj that sits there and practices all night on how to match his favorite songs, but then when he needs to adapt and take a request he cant mix it in. a dj must know how to read the crowd and be able to blend the songs together without havin to have the crowd stop and re catch the beat....then you can go out get the parties and get the experience...also a true dj cant be goin out with sub par equipment its all about industry strandards....wood covered house speakers shouldnt be used for a party im sorry
