Hey man, I understand the frustration with this as I had the same exact thing happen to me. But try not to be racist. I'm not saying your wrong in feeling the way you do, but it's not just asian people who do that.

Does it really make it better? I guess it's faster download time but for the people who don't have an upgraded account downloading in parts is such a pain because after the limit is reached we gotta wait a couple hours before being able to download again.
