Chairman and Founder, Theo “Mr. Network” Hall III, has created, produced and marketed over one hundred albums throughout his career. These albums have generated over $100 million in revenue for such companies as Universal, Def Jam, Sony, WEA, BMG and No Limit Records.

A variety of these projects have surpassed the "Gold" (500,000) and "Platinum" (1,000,000) sales levels and earned industry recognition through RIAA, Grammy Awards, Soul Train Awards, BET Awards and Source Awards. Major networks have used a plethora of other projects.

Theo "Mr. Network" Hall III: CEO/President of ONE FAMM MUSIC GROUP, LLC. He was educated at Portland State University, receiving B.S. Administration of justice, minor in Public Speaking and Double M.S. degrees in Public Administration and Business. Mr. Hall has brought Portland State University over $300,000.

While at PSU Mr. Hall has done over 300 concerts and speaking engagements from rock, jazz, hip hop, and gospel. Mr. Hall also have developed the first of its kind day care for college students, which is still going strong today. Also Mr. Hall owns The Professional Developmental Football League, Seattle-Tacoma Cobras, ONE FAMM MUSIC GROUP, Studio 10 Recordings, Musix Dose Online Radio, Hook Sports Media and FAMM MUSIC which was the largest urban music retail store in the State of Washington.

He began his Entertainment career by D.J. at house parties. While performing as D.J. Mr. Hall got involved with the business side of the record industry. In 1991 NEXTLEVEL Promotions and FAMM Sports and Entertainment merged and have been working together ever since.

1999 Mr. Network founded ONE FAMM RECORDS and build a strong label in which reach the top seller album Via Sound Scan The Re-Education with songs The Wa, Turn Me On, 15 Cent, BBQ and Co-Founded Slunk Music along with 5 time West Coast Hip Hop Awards winning producer West Coast Stone. Mr. Network is always being an inventor also founded Neo-Gospel where you can hear the sounds of Mr. Dwayne D'Arby. Artist (Thik Nik, Mr. Luno, LB, Shay, Blakk Gold, West Coast Stone, BI, Mz.DvS, The HavNots, Jus2B, Factor, Silver Shadow D AKA Ferrous, Versus AKA Alexa Page and Razpy AKA Raz Simone) Each Artist had their own sound and that created the ONE FAMM Movement.

Every August Mr. Network and Octavious also puts on the West Coast Hip Hop Awards. “We have hosted the WCHHA in Portland, OR, San Francisco, Los Angles, Oakland, Vancouver, WA and Seattle (2018). We give the West Coast artist a chance to receive gratitude for all their hard work.” This event has been going on since 2008.

In 2008 Mr. Hall Founded the Professional Developmental Football League and owned The Seattle Tacoma Cobras. In 2009 the first season started with four teams. As the PDFL grew Seattle-Tacoma Cobras franchise end up winning 3 PDFL Championships. The league is the first Professional Development League. Mr. Hall also played Portland State, UW and Two National Championship Semi-Pro Football Teams Federal Way Jets and Oregon Thunderbolts.

ONE FAMM MUSIC GROUP re-organized in 2013 to help Artist reach their full potential. ONE FAMM MUSIC GROUP, distributes, discovers Artist, develops songwriters, and administers publishing copyrights to musical compositions for use in recordings, public performances, and related uses, such as films and advertisements. OFM is a true family of music.

Mr. Hall has had the chance to work with the following artists: Master P, E-40, Too Short, Celly Cel, Spice 1, B-Legit, Suga T, Bad Azz, Cash Money, D-Shot, Eric B., George Clinton, C-BO, Mystical, Nelly, Olivia, Koffee Brown, Killa Tay, Rap-a-Lot Records, Snoop Dogg, Daz, D-12, No-Limit, BMG, Universal Records, Janet Jackson, Jill Scott, Lil Jon East Boyz, Ludacris, Eminem, Avant, Lyft Jennings, Huey and many more.

In 2018 currently owns the Wenatchee Valley Skyhawks an Indoor Pro Football team. Will begin play in March 2019 in American West Football Conference. The Skyhawks finished 3^rd in the AWFC.
