 DA SHORT FILEZ

 Shortydakid (Short) has been establishing himself as one of the front runners in music entertainment. The 26 year old is destined for stardom! Born and raised in Gainesville Ga, where he began his musical journey as he was introduced to Hip-Hop music. At age 7 he began rapping after being influenced by his favorite rapper Bow Wow. Short was inspired by how young and successful Bow Wow was, and felt he could achieve the same type of success with his music. As Shortydakid progressed musically, it was then with a group formed with two other friends that he started noticing that people couldn’t get enough of hearing him rap as well as watching him perform. As a teenager Short won several talent shows and caught the eyes of several record labels. While under CheckePointe Entertainment Management He performed under the stage name Lil Shorty and 2Grown Up (2GU), short dropped EPs The Come up Kid (solo) and 2Grown Up (group) LP. Shortydakid; now in 2016 has reunited with CheckPointe Entertainment as a solo artist.

      As Short continues to gain local and national exposure his fans will not be disappointed as he grows and masters his craft so he can deliver great music that all can love. Shortydakid will continue to become more popular and successful while setting new trends and gaining more fans every day!
