Shy Glizzy is a young up and coming rapper from DC’s Southeast area. He started rapping at a very young age and is often compared to the likes of Lil Boosie and Eazy-E. He is still an unsigned artist but has released numerous mixtapes in the hope of making a name for himself. Shy Glizzy is from the DMV (District-Maryland-Virginia) which many rappers from DC associates themselves with such as Wale and Fat Trel. Shy Glizzy’s hard life in the streets of DC often comes up in his rap songs. He’s father was murdered while he was only 19. Though very young, he has had his fair share of problem with the law, and has been incarcerated prior to becoming a rapper. He never graduated high school and managed to obtain his GED while in prison.

LePreston Porter, (born April 23, 1985) better known by his stage name Snootie Wild is an American hip hop recording artist from Memphis, Tennessee. He is best known for his debut single "Yayo", the success of which helped launched his career. The song charted in both the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Hot Rap Songs charts. In October 2013, it was announced fellow Memphis-based rapper Yo Gotti had signed Wild to his Collective Music Group (CMG) imprint.

William Leonard Roberts II (born January 28, 1976), better known by his stage name Rick Ross, is an American rapper. In 2009, Ross founded the record label Maybach Music Group, on which he released his studio albums Deeper Than Rap (2009), Teflon Don (2010), God Forgives, I Don't (2012), and Mastermind (2014). Ross was also the first artist signed to Diddy's management company Ciroc Entertainment. In early 2012, MTV named Ross as the Hottest MC in the Game.

Edward Christopher "Ed" Sheeran (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter. Born in Hebden Bridge, raised in Framlingham, Suffolk, he moved to London in 2008 to pursue a musical career. In early 2011, Sheeran released an independent extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project, which caught the attention of both Elton John and Jamie Foxx. He then signed to Asylum Records. His debut album, +, containing the singles "The A Team" and "Lego House", was certified quintuple platinum in the United Kingdom. In 2012, he won two Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. "The A Team" won the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically.
Sheeran began to become known abroad in 2012, in the United States he made a guest appearance on Taylor Swift's fourth studio album, Red, and wrote songs for One Direction. "The A Team" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Awards and he performed the song in duet with Elton John during the ceremony. He spent much of 2013 touring North America as the opening act for Swift's The Red Tour. His second studio album titled x; read as "multiply", was released worldwide on 23 June 2014, charting at number one in the UK and US. He was nominated for Best New Artist at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards.

Fergie Duhamel (born Stacy Ann Ferguson; March 27, 1975) is an American singer, songwriter, fashion designer, television host, and actress. She is the female vocalist for the hip hop group The Black Eyed Peas, with whom she has achieved chart success worldwide. Her debut solo album, The Dutchess (2006), spawned five Billboard Hot 100 top five singles, three of which went to number one.
Ferguson was a member of the children's television series Kids Incorporated and the girl group Wild Orchid. In 2001, she left the group and in the subsequent year began to team up with The Black Eyed Peas. With The Black Eyed Peas, she enjoyed a series of hits and albums before she released her solo debut album in September 2006 to success. The Black Eyed Peas enjoyed further success with the release of their third album with Ferguson, The E.N.D. (2009); they attained their first string of Billboard Hot 100 number one songs. She began touring in 2009/2010 with her group and she launched her debut fragrance, Outspoken, under Avon in May 2010 and has since released three more fragrances.
She continued success with The Black Eyed Peas and they released the album The Beginning (2010), which featured three singles, including two number one songs. As Ferguson's five solo singles and six singles with The Black Eyed Peas have reached two million downloads in the United States, Ferguson was the artist with the most two-million sellers by the beginning of 2011.
