  1. Grand Hustle has been trying to find a lane for Dro for a minute. I've been a Dro head for a sec. He's easily one of the best lyricists to come out of Atlanta in the last 5 years but this is not the way to go.

This won't be the number 1 song in the country (like LIVE YOUR LIFE) & it won't be the number 1 song in ATL (like WASTED or MY PARTNA NEM).

  2. (sigh)....I remember hearing this on her album (you know, the one that came out WAAAAAY earlier this year) & I thought to myself that it sounded like a fake "So Anxious."

That being said, they've been searching for a solid single for this Ciara project & this could be an anthem for women's sexual aggression but, personally, I think that's a far reach.

  3. Thanks for the feedback, guys! Sephiroth, thanks for actually LISTENING to the cd. It means alot to hear such positive feedback from a fellow musician. Because of your feedback, I'm def. gonna post that Tupac joint NEXT!!!!

DJ Murdoch, it's always a pleasure to get a positive nod from you! Your mixes are becoming legendary & it means so much to start earning your respect.

A Retooling of Michael Jackson's smash hit "Dirty Diana" that may be stripper pole certified!!! (features Gucci Mane, R. Kelly, & more!)

    --------------------------------

Like the rest of the world, The production team known as MF’N was shocked and deeply saddened by the sudden passing of one of music’s most legendary icons. The music production team immediately went to work on channeling their intense emotions over the tragedy.

The guys decided to create a retrospective collection of Jackson’s hits for their friends and loved ones. But being the creative force that they are, MF’N decided to go one step further and chose not to remix, but to re-imagine some of MJ’s hits with their own Southern flare. Michael Jackson: The Reconception” includes 10 Michael Jackson classics, reworked by the MF’N team. The record boasts sample guest appearances from Ludacris, Akon, and more.

From “Walking on the Moon,” to walking in the Heavens, Michael Jackson may be gone, but he is never forgotten. Remember. Relive. “Michael Jackson: The Reconception."

  5. First things first; the beat is dope & the hook is catchy, rich boy is riding the beat well & Fiend is a beast. Sounds like the formula for success right? I don't see it here...

Drumma boy is so in-demand right now that alot of artists are going to him to get their tracks & this sounds like alot of other records that I've heard over the last year. Rich Boy doesn't stand out on this track like he did on "Throw them D's" & ultimately, he ends up sounding like every other southern rapper.

You can quantify everthing I'm saying by Fiend's brief presence on the song. The song goes from 2nd to 4th gear when he gets on the track (hell, look at ALL the comments above if you need MORE proof!)

The song is also waaay too long to work for radio. This is best served as a mixtape single (& that phrase in & of itself sounds like a joke.) Rich Boy could be one of the top rappers the south has to offer & I hope Polow & Brian Kidd bang out another sure fire hit for him cuz I genuinely do not believe this it it.
