About Me
Trevor “DJ Still Ill” Watson found his love for music at the tender age of 15. Becoming bit by the “DJ”
bug Still Ill began his quest spinning music at local “teen night” events. Seeing that he could control
the crowd, this paved the way for him to perfect his skills and work in a more adult setting. While Still
Ill was making moves as a DJ he became good friends with Yatti “DNY” Ely who took him under his
wing and provided him with the best tools of the DJ trade. Under “DNY” Still Ill would learn how to
better his skills set as a DJ that would ultimately lead him to be a more than “just a DJ” but an
entertainer. This fire and ice connection between Still Ill and “DNY” would eventually mentor-mentee
relationship.
While under the guidance and mentorship of “DNY”, Still Ill would rub elbows with and work for
some of the music industry's finest members, like hip hop legends Doug E. Fresh, Twista, T-Mo of
Goodie Mob, Crime Mob, actress Lisa Raye McCoy, actor Morris Chestnut just to name a few. In 2009
Still Ill collaborated with Geno “Da King” King and having similar interests of bringing a good time to
the people of Hannibal, Missouri Still Ill became Da King's “official” DJ, A move that allowed Still
Ill to solidify a name for himself in Hannibal, Missouri. Still Ill has used his skills as a DJ for several
events whether for a private citizen to major corporate entities like the Special Olympics, American Heart Association,
City of Hannibal West Side Memorial Day Community Event and even non profit Breast Cancer
Benefits.
DJ Still ILL although born and raised in Quincy, Illinois, a small town in Central Illinois, he has
managed to become larger than life and nothing is going to keep him from reaching stratosphere status.
