Destined to soon make his own mark in the world of music, Ole Buddy has come a long way from the ugliness of Anderson,South Carolina underbelly. A soul survivor of the Eastside of Town, Ole Buddy was born Benjamin Rice Jr in the heart of a concrete jungle overrun by prostitutes, drug dealers and dope fiends. Although emerged in ghetto living, Ole Buddy refused to let his destitute environment take him under. This enduring dream chaser soughts music as a way out. In a one-man, grassroots campaign to expose his music to the masses, Ole Buddy services neighborhood traps with homemade CDs of his music. Pushing single after single in clubs, at area flea markets and on street corners, Ole Buddy's buzz is grewing so strong catching the attention of many with his lyrics and catchy hooks.
