DJ Chocolate was born in the beautiful state of Alabama. Music has been apart of her life since she was five years old singing in her church choir. She decided then to choose a career in entertainment. Fortunately, an internship at the #1 radio station in Birmingham, Alabama became the launching pad of her dreams.

Her radio career afforded her the opportunity to hone her skills as a dj and define her own style that sets her apart from most djs. She does not just play music; she mixes, mashes, and creates soundtracks that you would not typically hear from the average dj set.

With credit to her knowledge of many different music genres, her song database is very thorough. She is not afraid to break new music or take risks with her mixes. She has an uncanny ability to keep her audience energized and on the dance floor.

She has been featured in magazines, on blogs, as a headliner, a member of several top dj coalitions in the United States and as a mixer on nationally syndicated radio programs.

Her “Dipped in Chocolate” mix tape series is in high demand and includes features from major and independent artists. DJ Chocolate is quickly becoming a household name and the most sought after DJ in the United States and abroad.
