All of their musicians are quite capable of what they are doing. The band was founded (and most of their music is composed by) Michael Romeo. Quite an impressive guitar player who is able to not only play extremely fast, but also really melodic. The lead singer, Russell Allen, probably is one of the best vocalists in metal nowadays.
