The group was formed at the beginning of 2009 after meeting each other in college through a mutual friend by the name of Freddie 2 (Founder & Co-Ceo of S.T.A.T.S UP Ent.) Not long their after Freddie 2 was incarcerated for some prior allegations that were pending, which placed Rude Boy Joe (whom is also Co-Ceo of S.T.A.T.S UP Ent.) in a position to create music with Mr. East Texas himself Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
