DJ PRIMETIME ATL
**the yung joc boycott has begun** **i have deleted any and everything associated with yung joc from my serato crates!!! Lastnite 12-21-10 in atlanta---the group travis porter held a free christmas benefit (toy drive) concert @ the center stage (for a good cause) travis porter would have soldout the venue with just a travis porter only show--but the trio decided to allow other artist to get on the show and give back to the community as well--it was so many artist opening up for travis porter that time permitted for a (1) song performance from opening acts--but--yung joc and his swagg team members felt that 1 song was not enough and attempted to perform more than 1 song---so after yung joc's 1st song concluded he yellz on the mic to the dj "i dare you to cut it off" "i bet you wont cut it off" and began to fight on the stage. But the show went on to be a success after security escorted yung joc & his swagg team members out the venue. Dj teknik said it best "yung joc use to be a major top status artist, but situations like this is why joc is back at the bottom opening up for indie/major artist like "travis porter" (porter house / jive). I can't say I'm surprised by the situation at all, and I'm sure there are 200 other DJs that can agree with me. I can't delete "Knock It Out" though...that's the track! DJ PRIMETIME ATL
Ayyee KEN i've been dj'n for the hella long--and of course I was a big ass Supporter of Yung Joc's music from the "Goin Down" "Knock It Out" "Patron" etc.--but as I was standing in front of the stage in the crowd as a DJ/SUPPORTER at a Kids Free Christmas Concert TOY DRIVE--and see YUNG JOC and his members fighting because their set was cut short--i took that as a DISREPECT DJ'S AND SUPPORTERS Edited January 3, 2011 by DJ PRIMETIME ATL
DJDreLOD
For the record... I was djing .... They said we had a 10 min set first off... 2nd the promoter killed the music and told them to get the fuck off the stage. All in all everyone was in the wrong because it was a charity.. We was on the last 3 mins of our set ready to throw about 3 racks on 2 racks and he stopped it. Big up to travis porter!!!!

Guest stedybeets
I'm feelin you d j primetime but BOYCOTT his music ... if that was the case Kanye West would be doing 20 to life for his previous acts on stage and in public... as far as doing STUPID S**T...R Kelly would be in that same boat. The people in the audience are the REAL victims to see, that as BLACK ARTISTS and ENTERTAINERS, we still can't get out of the way of our own EGO'S.. same as in professional sports. Preciate you sharing the information and your opinions. Peace

DJMeek
Well....I'm not suprised, but I am....you'd expect more from someone who's already established. Stunts like dat are a REAL bad look. Reminds me of how rappers act wit their music around here...the only difference is these local niggas ain't got shit to lose. Swear I have to act like a damn bouncer sometimes in the booth.
