Also a member and 1/4 founder of the hip hop group Joint Committee Enterprise, mostly known as J.C.E. Just Rich Gates was born in Charleston, S.C. Stayed in Atlanta, Georgia for a brief moment and later moved to Sumter S.C. High School is where he would meet G.E. his right hand man and begin to make music with him. Back then he went by the name Trig becoming the youngest rapper from Sumter to drop mixtapes. Discovering the harsh reality of life lead him to the streets where he got his name Just Rich and begin to hustle for a short period of time, after gangs became more popular and his city Sumter "Merk City" became the third in the nation for violent crime per-capita. He lost a couple of his friends and even some that he rapped with (R.I.P. Neeko) which gave him the motivation to live their dreams and leave the streets before he end up dead or in jail. For a short time Just Rich Gates was under a local label by some manger that connected him to an artist on (Block Ent/Bad Boy), where he made his 1st single in his studio call Polos ft. J Kwon. The underground song did great hitting over 65,000 djs, airwaves, and mixtapes all over making it a street classic. The future was looking great for Just Rich Gates until artist on that label got caught up in the streets and went their separate ways; Gates did also which lead him to meet with Tay Don aka Tay Beatz. Tay later came out his way to visit Just Rich and show he was serious about his music and helped him produced his real 1st hit single which became a downsouth classic.(They Be Choosing ft.Waka Flocka Flame & G.E. Da Piolet)Hooking up with Bricksquad but still unsign Gates got on the grind to make a name for himself. Just Rich also linked up with Dj Cannon Banyon which played a major role in helping his rap buzz increase big. After dropping Merk Star Gates 2 hosted by Trap-a-holics the music game was shock about this new artist with a hype, gritty and crunk sound that the streets is embraced. Just Rich Gates music speaks the real truth about young people trying to come up with everything against them. Just Rich Gates got a lot to offer and plans on making his label JCE the next best thing to date. J.C.E. is organized into a group cooperated to form a stronger competitive force, delegated in a ultimate partnership to get money. Joint Committee Enterprise is a collection of many individuals united into one body all over the world that will soon be a dynasty.
