miikol
Just wondering how I could go about making my own intro beats to songs so its easier to mix into the next track. What programs to use, how to make the beginning drums the same as the ones in the song, etc. Any info would be helpful.
thewevel
The easiest thing to do would be to use the instrumental version of the track...take 8 bars from the chorus and add that to the beginning of the version that has vocals. I use Acid Pro but you can use something free like Audacity as well. Just make sure that once you're done editing you don't compress it to like a 128k MP3 or something because it'll sound like shit. Most of the songs released on here have instrumentals so you should be able to play around with it pretty easily.
