Masiwest Drops His Debut Mixtape – “Schedule One With The Intent”
Talented artist and songwriter, Masiwest, releases a new mixtape titled “Schedule one with the Intent” hosted by DJ Bay Bay
“Schedule one with the Intent” is the latest project from the talented rapper, singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur, Masiwest. Hosted by DJ Bay Bay, the mixtape features “ From The Bottom,” the first single from the project dedicated to the people of Louisiana affected by hurricanes Laura and Delta.  The duo has come together to bless the ears of rap lovers and music enthusiasts across the globe with amazing tracks.
Masiwest, formerly known as Maserati Nix, has carved a niche in the industry as a talented entertainer known for making edgy songs. Born Larry Garrison, the multifaceted entertainer and entrepreneur has been doing music professionally since 2012. He adopted the new name Masiwest as he continues in the pursuit of creating thought-provoking yet entertaining songs for his fans. His desire to make good music is palpable in every line he drops, as evident in his debut mixtape “Schedule One With The Intent.”
Over the years, Masiwest has worked with several other talented acts in the industry. The long list includes Dej Loaf, Kevin Gates, as well as mixing engineer Franklin Socorro. He is reported to have done more than 200 songs in 6 months, a seemingly unprecedented feat in the industry. Masiwest’s most recent studio release titled “2095,” combines modern hip-hop with a distinctive old-school flavor, further reiterating his creativity and ingenuity.
DJ Bay Bay represents Shreveport, LA, and Dallas, Texas, popularly known for the Hurricane Chris “Hey Bay Bay Hey Bay Bay.” He is described as the originator of the ‘Ratchet Movement’ in the South and remains a popular radio personality on Dallas’ K-104 station. DJ Bay Bay has been of fire in recent times, with his new single titled “Trunk Fulla,” featuring Jim Jones, Dorrough Music and Yo Gotti, causing disruption on the streets. His effort as an entertainer has been recognized across different fronts, with the Mayor of his hometown officially naming October 21st “Hollyhood Bay Bay Day” in Shreveport, LA. He also recently signed a new deal with Rick Ross’ label, Maybach Music Group.
