Formerly known as JT Lung, Levale has been an integral part of the underground R&B scene in Toronto for the past 11 years. Born in Toronto, Canada, then migrating to Jamaica at a young age, Levale was fortunate to have a number of positive musical experiences, under the tutelage of his father, legendary international Reggae artist and producer Linval Thompson. First introduced to the music industry and recording at the age of 6, Singer, Songwriter, and Producer Levale is focused on bringing back that old school feel to R&B with an infusion of Reggae harmonies. " I'm bringing a different sound than any other camp - Tory Lanez ". 

Gaining inspiration from some of his favorite artists like Teddy Pendergrass, Bobby Brown and Dennis Brown, Levale finds solace in the songs of his childhood and before. Merging his cool melodic voice with the sounds of the past and modern styles, he is consistently working towards becoming a leading contemporary Canadian composer.

On the verge of releasing an epic EP called “Off the Top”, which features 6 bona fide hit songs, Levale is ready to break from the rungs of the underground and place himself in his rightful spot in the mainstream. Early reviews of his new release have been very positive and promising for both Levale and the ever growing music scene in Toronto. Get ready for a musical experience far from any other you may have witnessed in a while.

In 2005, Levale had launched his “Strong Like a Lion” production company and record label in partnership with his brothers. As a self-taught producer, singer, and music executive, Levale has rebranded his record label and has in turn reinvented his musical career. In 2013 he signed with Attack Media Group and his career has been on a steady rise since, culminating into his latest musical release. Levale is consistently pleasing audiences nationwide and has some new ventures, soon to be announced, that will definitely have mouths talking.
