He is an aggressive rap artist with a unique way of merging punch lines, phrases, and metaphors. Although bumps have been in the road, he is still determined to reach stardom. After parting ways with a Jacksonville based label, Rick Ruger founded his own label, Trapstars Music Group in Jacksonville Florida, in 2009. In 2012 TSI dropped the TSI compilation cd entitled "211 Robbery in Progress". Following that, in 2013 Ricky Ruger dropped his first mix tape under the label "The Murder Kit" featuring songs "Masked Up" and "The Murder Kit". Both of these were released with music videos. "Posture Pimp" was then released later on in 2013 as an artist compilation. In 2014, Ricky Ruger's released his latest solo mix tape "Last Man Standing" which displays his diverse writing abilities. Ricky Ruger has been featured in Ace Magazine, and was interviewed on Goldstar Radio, all while performing in Orlando Fl., ATL, North and South Carolina.
