An all-around hip-hop junkie, WhiteOwl is well known for his soulful beats, witty punchlines and aggressive freestyling. He was first introduced to the world as WhiteOwl, on Reprise Records, in 2001, when he served as an MC in the short-lived hip-hop quartet, Bad Ronald. The group garnered significant MTV airplay with it's first single "Let's Begin." WhiteOwl is a Greenburgh, New York native, who began spinning records when he was 13. He has a deep collection of Hip-Hop & Reggae Vinyl, & he's been rocking parties with 2 turntables & a mic for over 20 years. WhiteOwl was a DJ for some of the most famous New York City Hip-Hop parties of the late 90's, & was a regular performer at The Wetlands, Konkrete Jungle, Flo, Glo & Ruby Falls. WhiteOwl, along with his production partner, Mr. Bruno Beatz, dropped his 1st Solo album, " Higher Intelligence, " in 2013. " Higher Intelligence " had several standout tracks, including " Rollin, " produced by DJ Statik Selektah & " Never Be, " produced by Termanology & Artisan. After dropping several singles in 2014 & 2015, WhiteOwl teamed up with his partner & producer, FatCatHayze, to create the EP, " Beatz, Rhymez, Drugz, " which was released web-wide & on cd on 3/29/2016. Recent appearances on Sirius XM, including DJ Eclipse's " Rap Is Outta Control, " on Hip-Hop Nation & DJ Statik Selektah's " Show-Off Radio, " on Shade 45, have helped WhiteOwl bring his Music to the masses. When he's not working on his 3rd Solo Project, due out Winter 2016, he's dropping music with his crew, Certain.Ones.
