Paralax, self described simply as "Maker of, Very Good Music. Infectious Power Pop. Multi Genre. Always Epic"

Sounds like a symphonic orchestra from 2084 teamed up with Van Halen, 90s era Daft Punk and Quincy Jones, to score an 80s thriller movie.

The reggae-pop original which the NYPost described as "one of the worst No 1s ever", gets totally transformed into an "Electrifying" Power Pop banger. The polished production opens with a deliciously filtered, electric and bass guitars progressions, with catchy synth underlines shining through as the verse hits. A straight-in-your-face, pop-rock arrangement get's you hooked. The groove. Is. Solid. The pre-chorus changes things; big club vibes ensue, the buildup feels like you're entering known territory. But you're in for a surprise. You'll be jolted and stunned, the electric feel here is unmistakable.

Instead of the played-out "EDM" remix sound, heard once again on the hyper-predictable ZEDD Remix, Paralax hit the mark here, putting out a versatile gem, which feels part rock, part dance, and is sure to "electrify" both dance floors and Top 40 listeners.
