There he developed and learned to overcome the many challenges he faced as a young black kid being raised on his own. After running wild and forced to adapt to his environment full of drugs, hunger and street hustling. T.Cash was sent to live in Dallas, TX at the age of 13, his relocation would start his journey as a true indie hip hop artist. T.Cash began rapping and free-styling in the streets, at home, anywhere folks would listen, with lyrics occupying his thoughts all day and night! His first album, "Get to da Real," did exceptionally well in the local mom-and-pop stores in Dallas and surrounding cities. His popular strip club anthem, "Spread Ya Legs" is gaining attention around the world, playing in heavy rotation across the region and steadily gaining momentum throughout the states and over seas, along with his two other singles in rotation on the Region's top urban stations “That’s My Chic” and “I Don’t Play”. T.Cash's music continues to soar across the world-wide web; internet radio, blogs and music distribution and sharing channels. When asked, by Ozone Magazine, “where does your passion to make good music come from? ”T.Cash explains, “it's all about my five kids. I'm working hard so they are good financially. I don't want them to have to go through the things I went through growing up.” When asked what the near future has in store he responds, “I have a clothing line, a movie that releases fall of 2014, a book, DVD and album on the way. Plus, my new video for my next single, “Whole Hood Wit Me” is about to drop. For me, it's about longevity.” He adds, “as long as I keep God first and grind second, everything will work itself out”.
