GreenHitz.com
Introduced to rhythm and blues music by his father at age 5, Fortune knew he wanted to do music at a very early age. However, due to high influences by artist like Busta Rhymes, Mos Def, and Andre 3000 he decided hip hop was the way to go. Absolutely obsessed with the art of storytelling and free styling, by early 2000 he began to stand out in the Memphis Hip Hop scene as a battle rapper, challenging people from miles around in his town of Memphis, TN at only 14 years old and by 18 dropped his first street single "Aint slowing down feat. Kia Shine". Though as promising as his skills are, Fortune remains the underdog in the Memphis Hip Hop seen. For how long? Only time will tell.
