As a diamond in the rough, Conscious started making music on a small scale. From junior high school band class as a percussionist to old school tape overdubbing for track recording, Justin spent a lot of time doing home studio music production. His favorite style of production consisted of chopping samples by using Cool Edit Pro and Fruity Loops to complete that underground boom bap sound. Throughout the years of musical development, he continues working hard. His production now includes playing drums, constructing arrangements with music software, singing, & rapping all in one. He would definitely be considered a total package. Conscious has worked with artist such as Ashley Mar Shell, Hustle!, and Orie, just to name a few. Conscious likes to produce in genres like HipHop/Rap, R&B, alternative, & etc..
