Like dirty rice with two pieces of jerk chicken....nothing but flavor, on top of flavor, on top of flavor! From da producer that gave us the Shop Boyz number one hit, "Party like A Rock star," P.I.T. and the New Orleans native, 9th Ward Gucci, who's tearing up da underground scene and now they’re bringing you a unique composition called, “Broad Day”. I can honestly say wit dis song, 9th Ward Gucci has shown his diversity. Starting off with a rap, then going into singing about being shot in broad day, which is a metaphor for being heartbroken. The beat compliments the lyrics and the way he flows, NATURALLY fits the beat. I didn’t see this song coming from 9th Ward gucci at all (with all of the street bangers he has); But again, this is how I know this guy truly has a massive range of creativity and diversity.
