Beginning at an early age Taylon Galloway knew that music was an outlet for him to express himself as well as tell a story. Tay G advises that he became addicted to rapping by being introduced to Hip Hop. Upon being captivated by the Culture of Hip Hop Tay G paid attention to the Bad Boy Records Movement. Paying homage to those who paved the way Tay G is inspired by the sounds of Notorious B. I. G, Nas, Jay-Z, Andre 3000, Lauryn Hill. Missy Elliott, and T. I. to name a few. As Tay G makes his claim on the Industry, many people have tried to figure out his sound. Some say they hear Jay-Z, others have compared him to Drake and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. According to Tay G his style can only be defined as Versatile and Unique. Tay G blends a Hip Hop base with New Age Inspiration to create such hits as “Smokers Only,” “Girls Love It,” and the New Club Banga “Go Stupid.” With the Introduction of his latest project “Now or Never,” Tay G is letting his Fan Base know that he is here to stay.
