pgTh13teen a.k.a. Toronto, Canada's envoy of Hip Hop, R&B and Reggae has been singing since the early age of 5 years old. As a multi-talented vocalist, pgTh13teen also writes and produces his own music. He is an inspiration to young artists from his home town that hope to pursue a career in the music industry.
Growing up in a Rastafarian household, this singer/songwriter was inspired and influenced by the likes of Bob Marley, NAS, The Fugee's, and Notorious B.I.G. He officially began his journey in music at the age of 12 with his siblings, forming a music group where they named themselves EMG.
In 2017, pgTh13teen caught the attention of his management team No Rush Productionz Inc, to pursue a solo career. Immediately they clicked and started a new venture together to develop and perfect his craft.
It wasn't long before the song titled 'ILL NANA' drew the attention of several entertainment companies and industry executives. As the song took over the soundwaves of Toronto, everyone wanted to see and hear more of what pgTh13teen has to offer.
pgTh13teen was asked to attend the Direct to Exez Artist Experience Atlantic Records Edition in Los Angeles in 2016. He recently had the pleasure of performing with Universal recording artist Karl wolf and was invited to showcase his talent for the prestigious Joe Carter Classic after party. He was also featured with EMG Nation at the 2017 Cut Hip Hop Awards hosted by Choclair, which gained even more traction from Toronto listeners, also was requested to perform at the annual Canadian Urban Music Festival and TDot Fest.
Since then, pgTh13teen has been working countless hours and endless nights in the studio to create his new single 'Come Alive,' set to be released October 2017. pgTh13teen is not just an artist; he's a humanitarian that is working towards the improvement of his community's well-being through his uplifting lyrics and his ability to produce music that takes the mind to a place where you can really understand the depth of life's trials and tribulations. He wants to show youth that you can channel any negative energy into something positive, as he's done with himself.
