DJ KC (BADDASS YELLA BOY!) a.k.a. KILACUTZz is a tremendously talented and gifted turntablist who knows how to entertain and please his crowd. He was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas where he first expressed his passion for turntables. In 1998 he began his career DJing at small gigs making people dance to the beat of his soul, by playing the songs that not only moved him but the crowd too. He perfected his skills by taking great interest in watching the greatest DJs such as DJ FRESH, FUNK MASTER FLEX, JAZZY JEFF, DJ PREMIER, DJ CLUE and KID CAPRI, which in turn, through his note taking and unwithering determination makes him one of the best turntablists in the business.
DJ KC got his first break after moving from Kansas City to Tyler, Texas where he worked as an on air personality DJ and mixer at 102.7 & 106.9 "The Blaze" radio station. DJ KC is now spinning at several clubs in the East Texas area. He is a member of SlipnSlide DJ’s (Florida) and the Definition DJ’s Coalitions (Texas) which has been instrumental to his career. Recently he was personally picked by the writer and producer of BET 106 & Park for a guest DJ spot. His gift in entertainment, the uniqueness of his voice and his energetic style has drawn many celebrities like Bun B, Durrough Music, Mike Jones, webbie and etc... to his service for collaborations. He's also drawn many people out to witness turntabilism at its best as his fan base continues to grow.
