Word of the next George La Mond (Bad Of The Heart) spread and keeps Leo De Leon nationally and internationally a freestyle favorite in the US, Canada and Brazil.
Through 1995-1996 promotions manager Rikki Rincon teamed up to promote the launch of Tight Flight Records. Manageing under the production of Felony and producer Tha Manipulator. Tight Flight released two successful compilations Southern Freestyle and Takin U Higher. Leo De Leons next hit "After All This Time" with Danny Damian "Endlessly", George Patino "Dance Through The Night" and Mila Marcel "I Will Always Love You" bolted into the evolution craze of Latin Freestyle. Reviews in music magazine Dance Music Authority from Canada, Dallas Tejano Connection and Low Rider Magazine prompt a tour in production. But as Tragedy hit home losing his Father in 1996, Leo parted with Tight Flight driving him back into Doorway Studios with Tha Manipulator (Norbyega Ghm) and produced his debut album "Look Into My Eyes."
In 1997 Hotlick Records/DeLeon Records and the extremely hot vocal producing harmonies and song writing skills of Danny Damian put Leo De Leon at #1 for weeks. Fans and freestyle radio fell deeper in love with a Texas Freestyle Icon.
