Just finished a long run. Other than the exhaust fumes from vehicles, wasn't a bad workout.

Especially if he is a good father and trying to be in that kids life. Fathers, its not all about money. Its about quality time as well. Theres always time to pick up the phone or come by for a few hours or other things....
