Mono Bagends CEO of Bagends Records has been in the music business for 15+ years. He is a hip hop artist that hails from Brooklyn, NY and is extremely versatile in the songs he writes and how he performs them. His lyrical content and style vary from song to song in which he often changes his voice to match the feel of the music. 

The first time he ever picked up a microphone was on BET’s 106 and Park. Upon only rhyming for six months, he auditioned and made the cut performing in front of a television audience of approximately 3 million viewers. He has been nominated for underground music awards stemming from Most Original Solo Artist to Best Upcoming Rapper. He has opened up for Hip Hop heavy weights Papoose, Remy Martin and Kay Slay. In addition, he was featured on the majority of DJ. Capone mixtapes specifically to G-Unit and Dip Set.

His music can be found anywhere online music is sold as well as the conventional avenues for finding music. His “On Fire” Video has garnished approximately 500,000 views on youtube as well as being featured on “Sucker Free Emcee” on MTV in Latin America.

In the summer of 2015, he signed a merchandising deal with MerchDirect where his brand of “Get Fly Summer” Apparel can be purchased along with the corresponding EP at www.monobagends.com

In December 2015, his song entitled “Beat Down” was featured in the Universal Studios motion picture “Sisters” starring Tina Fey and Amy Poeller.

He is currently in the studio finishing up his newest EP which will be released in the summer of 2016.
