Martin Shkreli Has To Forfeit Lil Wayne Tha Carter 5 Album To The Federal Government

At the end of 2017, prosecutors asked the court in Martin Shkreli‘s legal case to retain Lil Wayne‘s Tha Carter V album that he ended up getting his hands on by buying it off the person who bought Wayne‘s Bugatti as he accidentally left it in the CD slot.

Yesterday, a judge by the name of Kiyo Matsumoto ruled that Shkreli must forfeit $7.36 million to the federal government (Weezy’s C5 album, Wu-Tang Clan’s Once Upon A Time In Shaolin album, a Pablo Picasso painting, an Engima machine from World War II, $5 million in cash in an E-Trade brokerage account, and his stake in the drug company Vyera Pharmaceuticals) as part of his upcoming criminal sentence!

What do you think this means for the fifth installment in Tunechi‘s Tha Carter album series?
