He comes from a Dominican Background that consist of Bachata, merengue and Salsa. As a child J.Notes love to sing all merengue and salsa songs. When he got introduce to hip hop at the age of 9, he started to write lyrics. He love the acts of 2Pac, BIG, Jay Z, Nas, and others of the 90s hip hop scene. As he grew older, his love for music was evolving. As a teenager he used to freestyle and started writing complete songs and started recording them on his PC. As an adult he started going to the studio and started recording songs. One of his first song was Sing With Harmony on a Kanye West beat( Bad News). He started creating English and Spanish songs. He found his niche in Spanish Latin sound. He has performed all over the U.S. New York, St. Louis, Virginia, North Carolina and Kansas. He has also done songs with Latin urban acts like Lapiz Conciente, Baby Psycho and Polaco. Has open shows for Andy Andy and Chino Aguakate. He recently started working on his project title Creativity. This album consist of Reggaeton, Latin Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Mambo, A mix of many genres in one album.
