ZNi comes by his passion and musical talent naturally. Son of Dumisani Maraire, a master performer of the mbira and marimba traditional instruments of Zimbabwe. ZNi began making music and performing with his father at an early age. “My father encouraged me to pursue music and taught me to never limit myself; he had records from around the world that I would listen to. That's probably what influenced my diverse musical style." ZNi’s passion is evident in every angle of his life. He shatters the stereotypes of artists and through his unique musical arrangements, innovative lyrics and strong musical vision; he resonates with fans across genres. In addition to creating his own music, ZNi has worked with brands such as adidas, Xbox, Disney and T-Mobile to produce music for their branded content and commercials. ZNi is currently launching a video for his newest single "Celebrate,” featuring T-Mobile and Samsung. The single is currently available online.
