T.I. Heartfelt Euolgy to Slain Rapper Doe. B

As friends, family and hip-hop peers gather to give their final goodbyes to the slain rapper Doe. B (born Glenn Thomas). Doe. B was laid to rest this past Saturday in his hometown Montgomery, Alabama, while hip-hop notables, like Trea Tha Truth, and Dj Frank White, Doe’s label boss, T.I. remembers the 22 year old, T.I. told mouners, “I want everybody to know that one thing I will never do, I will never let this young man’s hard work go to waste”.

The upcoming rapper was shot at a local night club on December 28th and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. A second victim, Kimberle Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene and a third victim, Tim Hamilton died later on Friday.

Police have arrested two men, Jason McWilliams and Darius Thomas on two counts of capital murder and is likely to add another charge for the eventual death of Tim Hamilton. The venue where the shooting occurred has been shut down permanently by Alabama officials.

Tip describes his work relationship with the young rapper, adding that Doe. B continued to inspires him. T.I. Further says,

“Over her, a lot of people look at us like record family. A lot of people look at us like an entertainment house, [but] to be honest with you, we a family, this is a family business, so I want everybody to know that, one thing I will never do, I will never let this man’s hard work go to waste. I’ll never let his life be lived in vain”.

After the shocking death of Doe. B , musical tribute surfaced, DJ MLK released “Flying With Angels” featuring T.I. and Doe. B. Pastor Troy also released “Y’all Ain’t Do Him Right” (Doe. B tribute)
