Bambi has two college degrees in broadcasting and in journalism and worked through college to pay her tuition. Bambi never even considered modeling or acting until she was well into her college experience. A required acting course ignited her interest, and this is when her passion for the arts was born. Bambi made a controversial decision in choosing to join the modeling/acting profession. She had been a star basketball player throughout her high school and college years and it was the ultimate sacrifice to turn her back on the sport she loved her entire life, for her new found dream. As an aspiring actress/recording artist, Bambi exudes class and grace in her demeanor as well as her work. She has appeared in a plethora of fashion shows, television sitcoms, and music videos from artists such as Lil Wayne, Jamie Fox, Mishon, 50 Cent, The Game, Young Jeezy and many more. She has also served as a feature host for an entertainment television show. Bambi’s role in independent film projects is what she is most known for, and is an up and coming talent that the world should definitely keep a keen eye on. Relocating to Atlanta Ga. in 2009, Bambi her sister Stephanie Harp, linked up with Dj BishopRadio at a local night club early 2010. Later that year they formed “Pink Bandannas L.L.C.”. Together they laid down a blueprint and created “Lip Stick Gang”, a new female empowerment movement making Bambi’s success hard to go unnoticed. On July 4, 2011 they Released Bambi’s highly anticipated mix tape “BamLanta”, pushing her buzz in the music industry to new heights. In addition to Bambi’s blossoming acting career, her very edgy style that captures people with just her presence, Bambi’s sound is unlike anything flooding the airwaves. Her raw lyrics coming from such a beauty will shock many to come as they have done thus far. Her latest single “Look At Yo Body”, won 7 days in a row on Hot 107.9 Battlegrounds (WHTA-FM) crowning her as the new “Battleground Champ”. Appearing at countless open mic / Dj events, live performances, videos, viral internet promotion and radio air play in 10 markets Bambi’s ambition and aspiration has no limit to the accomplishments and accolades that can be achieved. Bambi’s persona embodies everything there is of the Compton street life, and everything she speaks of is from firsthand knowledge: she has really lived her lyrics. True, most born and raised in Compton don’t have the opportunities to experience much outside of Los Angeles County.
