Hailing from Tuscaloosa, Alabama but now residing in the hip hop capital of the world Atlanta, Ga., EWAY Paperboy is a real example of resilience. After surviving several tests at a young age growing up on the gritty Eastside of Tuscaloosa (hence the "EWAY" moniker), including being shot and a substantial jail stint, EWAY Paperboy would eventually try his hand at music. His initial effort featured the song "Calculate," which would get the attention of another Tuscaloosa native residing in Georgia, legendary indie producer Sam Peezy.

Powered by Peezy's beats and the consultation and expertise of another music legend, Enrique "Tetraz" Dent, EWAY Paperboy's first major industry mixtape, "Jumped Off Da Porch," is taking the industry by storm with hits like "Blocks," "Why She Actin Like That," and his latest radio smash "Speedy Gonzalez." We can only expect the buzz to intensify over time as it seems that everyone is catching onto the "EWAY" movement.
