Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, 50 Cent, Nas, Wiz Khalifa, Trey Songz, YG, and more music artists will all be performing on stage at the concert. You can watch a live stream of this year’s Summer Jam after the jump below. There is no word just yet on what time the Young Money artists will be coming out to perform, but it could be anytime from now to 11PM EST. Drake has also been spotted backstage, so it wouldn’t surprise me if Weezy F Baby brought him out to perform a few of their collaborations and their new single “Believe Me“.
