North Coast has quickly risen to the top of local music fests, and this year’s lineup is sure to keep fans packed in the park yet again. On the hip-hop side of things Snoop Dogg, Kid Cudi, Riff Raff, Action Bronson, Alex Wiley, ProbCause and others will grace the various stages.
