”Basketball Wives” Star, Evelyn Lozada accepts marriage proposal to L.A. Dodgers Athlete, Carl Crawford.

In the middle of a $142 million contract,L.A. Dodger Carl Crawford popped the question on Christmas morning, and of course we know the “Basketball Wive” star said YES! Just in a nick of time I guess. As we all know, his previous baby mother Amy Freeman still has Crawford wrapped up in a nasty custody battle. According to TMZ sources,
” Carl claims Amy has lived in Arizona for the past 12 years where she’s been raising the two kids and everything was fine … until October. That’s when, Carl claims, Amy suddenly packed up and moved out west … pulling the 9-year-old out of school and putting the family home up for sale. In the legal docs, Carl says Amy insists she’s making he moves because she wants the kids to be closer to their dad.
But Carl’s calling BS … claiming she only went to Cali to take advantage of the more favorable child support laws Translation — Carl thinks she’s only after his money.”

Carl has to ask the judge to stop Amy from moving. We all know that’s not gonna happen. In spite of these recent, crazy events Carl still wanted to make an honest woman of Evelyn. After accepting the proposal Evelyn went on twitter and posted simply:
YES! with a picture of the ring.

The twitter timeline had a link to her instagram page with the picture of her 14.5 carat engagement ring and made this comment: “And my Ring’s bigger than Gabrielle Union’s”.

The “Basketball Wives Star was previously married to Chad Johnson in 2012, but sadly divorced after Chad decide to head butt in the middle of an argument. Before that she was engaged to Antoine Walker , but never married. Evelyn Lozada and Carl Crawford began dating earlier this year, then later Evelyn revealed her baby bump at 7 months and she has moved from Baby Mama” to “Bride to Be”.

What two better gifts to receive during the Christmas holiday? We are truly excited for Evelyn, lets make this one work.
